Over 500 tonnes of slate were removed from behind the building to allow space for the master bedroom en-suite and the dining room, and what was once the tack room is now the kitchen.
The dining room is light and airy, with a huge ceiling skylight, and has seating for 4-6 people. Just off the kitchen, nothing will go cold on it's journey to the table.
The long, beamed and vaulted ceiling of the 30' lounge offers more than enough space for a family or group of friends to relax and enjoy the rarety of having an open fire!
Most of the walls are solid slate and over 2' thick in places. Despite the Victorians' lack of foresight, there's excellent Wi-Fi coverage throughout.
The semi-secluded sun-trap courtyard is also an ideal place to relax and soak up some summer sunshine, taking in the peaceful surroundings, and with the outdoor seating it's just begging you to have a BBQ!
